Commensus provide unrivalled support to our customers 24/7/365 from our Network Operations Centre in Surrey. You can contact us day or night, anytime you wish on our UK Support Line - 020 8661 4651.

Our team comprise of Microsoft, Ciso, VMware and Citrix certified engineers who are available to provide you with desktop support on your computer or server, to fix problems quickly and efficiently.

We also have a dedicated consultancy team providing a 3rd line response should the problem not be able to be resolved immediately. Here’s a few Support statistics:

94% of support calls are dealt with by our 1st and 2nd line engineers 
 
The average waiting time to speak with an engineer is 18 seconds from the point of connection. 
 
This year, 89% of calls have been resolved remotely. 
 
Commensus currently employ 21 Support Desk Engineers who work on a 24/7 shift pattern from our Surrey Office to answer your call. We don’t operate a message taking facility so you'll always be able to speak to an Engineer straight away.
